Since all of our subscriptions are billed yearly, your website hosting plan is billed yearly too. One month before your website hosting plan expires, you'll receive an email from us. You will then be reminded two weeks later, then 3 days before expiration. So you will be reminded from us plenty of times.
Yes, of course, and the process is pretty simple depending on your current provider. Please email us here informing us on who your current provider is and we'll give you the instructions on how to easily transfer you domain name and hosting.
There is no additional hosting fee for blogs with our hosting plans. Our hosting fees are the same for all website types. The only difference is whether you'd like email hosting too.
There is no additional hosting fee for ecommerce websites with our hosting plans. Since we use Shopify Lite, you will be charged directly by Shopify for using their payment gateway usually around $9 a month, but as for our hosting and CMS / web builder, your plan will not increase in price. Our hosting fees are the same for all website types. The only difference is whether you'd like email hosting too.

Once we have handed over your website, a price for any updates or changes that you'd like can be discussed. Updates like rebranding, new designs, adding scripts, custom-code, expantion, or anything eles that wasn't discussed during the consultation or in the quote are not included. Unless we've discussed the King Plan for you.
